Observation

An additional staff member not present to help actively supervise the 2-3 children taken to private swimming lessons. Two certified lifeguards are present with one child each in the pool. Provider at a table with one child. Provider states private swimming lessons will not continue until she has a qualified volunteer to help as required by WAC.
